The Shepherd's Refuge offers personalized retreats, biblical counselling, and practical resources to help pastors recover their vitality and strength.
Personal Retreats: Tailored two-night intensives with guided prayer and reflection via a Pastoral Leadership Mentor.
Counselling and Mentoring: One-on-one sessions that address emotional, spiritual, and vocational challenges.

Our coaching program is designed to equip pastors to lead with wisdom and endurance. We provide tools, strategies, and encouragement to overcome the hurdles pastors face.
Pastoral Mentoring: In-person and online sessions on managing tech use, personal spiritual disciplines, leadership, and stress management.
Crisis Support for Injured or Disqualified Pastors: A specific pathway for pastors who are out of commission, offering compassionate and practical guidance to rebuild.
